Well, I kind of skipped breakfast yesterday. The wellness checkup took about 45 min. and then I stopped for some gas for the car and a little shopping at Costco..... by the time I got back home it was near enough to lunch time to warm up a small dish of left over pot roast. Now... this morning I was up at 4 am and ate a muffin with a cup of coffee at 5:30 am. Now it is off to the golf course at 7 am!
