I'm bad, I'm bad : (
I had coffee while I had my morning quiet time, then had a Nature Valley granola bar and half a glass of cranberry blend juice fortified with a quarter cup of kefir, then did email and SparkPeople for 45 minutes or so, then went for my run, then had a glass of electrolyte replacement drink (1 part OJ, 1 part low-sodium V-8, 1 part water), then had a shower and bingo! it was lunch time. So I don't think I actually *had* breakfast. I realized as I was about to get supper ready that I hadn't taken my morning meds, which I *always* take with breakfast. Gotta get a better system for eating prior to my run . . .

5.5 oz of v-8 low sodium vegetable juice, 5.3 oz Dannon Greek Oikos Vanilla Yogurt (tastes so much better than the Dannon Light and Fit Yogurt -- I'm permanently switching!), 1/2 cup of blueberries, 1/2 cup of raspberries, 1 cup of Kashi Go Lean Crunch cereal.

Leftovers from yesterday's breakfast out: 6 oz pork chop, 2 eggs scrambled with 1/4 cup of milk, 3 oz breakfast potatoes, and a 1/2 of an English muffin. Nice jump start of the proteins this morning (67 g)....

I have only recently tried out greek yogurt. Most of the yogurt that I eat is at work when I am looking for an "instant" (e.g. no fuss) snack. Some of the greek I tasted wasn't sweet enough for my liking. Then I tried Yocrunch and that works for my tastebuds.

1 cup of Kashi Go Lean cereal, 1 cup of strawberries, 1/2 cup of Dannon Light and Fit yogurt, and 5.3 oz of Dannon Oikos Yogurt. I just bought 10 of the 5.3 oz Oikos cups last week, and I have to admit, I do like the flavor and quality of it vs. the Light and Fit yogurt, and while it is 40 more calories, the protein count is much higher, so a nice trade off. I'm thinking I will switch to the Oikos yogurt permanently....

Had a doctor appt first thing this morning so opted to work out before then. Had a Kashi Trail Mix Granola Bar before workout, then had a big breakfast after Dr appt, consisting of my normal 5.5 oz of V8 lower sodium vegetable juice, then a Santa Fe WW flour tortilla, 1/2 cup of refried beans, 2 scrambled eggs, 1/4 cup of green chile, 1/4 cup of shredded cheddar cheese, 1/2 of a large tomato and some mixed salad green sprinkled on top.

Old Faithful but instead of having dry toast, spooned the yogurt over an Eggo buttermilk waffle and topped it with the frozen blueberries. Stuck with the usual glass of milk, half glass of cranberry blend juice, half an orange and multivitamin.

Picked up a 2 pound container of fresh strawberries last evening, so had a cup of them along with 6 oz of Dannon Light and Fit yogurt and a cup of Kashi Go Lean Crunch cereal. I did not forget my glass of V8!!

Not much. Just had a snack so I could run earlier than usual. Nature Valley granola bar and a small electrolyte drink (V-8 + orange juice + water, equal amounts). Just about to have substantial lunch and will be going out for dinner. Gotta go light early in the day cause the restaurant we're going to doesn't have much in the way of good eating choices. Greasy, salty Chinese all the way. YUM! Can't wait for that little bit of sin : )

Back to Old Faithful: greek yogurt with frozen blueberries, half an orange (well, grapefruit today), glass of 1% milk, half a glass of 100% juice cranberry blend, couple of slices of toast, multivitamin. Today instead of dry toast, I sprayed with Olive Oil Pam. No taste change, but the softened toast was better than the dry.

I wanted to try a banana in place of the frozen blueberries, because they take the heat out of the C of W, but the banana didn't taste as good. I may have to try and remember to throw some BB's in the fridge the evening before to let them thaw a bit before I add them to my hot cereal.

came home from visiting with a batch of waffles frozen to reheat during the week, a box of bisquick and a waffle iron (somebody must think I like waffles).

I will probably get sick of them soon and go onto to eating something else, not sure what just yet.

2 eggs scrambled, 1 oz American cheese, 1 WW English muffin, 1 oz Ham, 1 tomato. What I did with it was put half of the scrambled eggs on each 1/2 of the English mufffin, then a slice of ham, slice of tomato and a slice of American cheese on top, quick zap in the micro, and had what I basically would call an open faced egg mcmuffin...
