Dinner tonight..The worst combination of foods you could imagine:
12 chocolate covered nutter butters
1/2 cup potato salad
5 hard pretzels
1/2 c. sweet and salty trail mix.
I have to attribute some of this to my poor night's sleep last night.

Whatever It Takes!!

Great idea with the turning oatmeal into oat flour. I'm guessing the Vitamix will do the same job. I agree that salmon sounds good and maybe even ground meats and poultry as well. A culinary adventure ahead. Thanks for the idea!

Mix in bowl
1 can 10 oz tuna in water (drained and mashed real good)
1/4 cup old fashioned oats....turned to flour in magic bullet...holds tuna together
1 whole large egg

Form into 2 patties...fry in 0 calorie olive oil spray

Topping....mix 2 tsp Kraft Reduced Fat Parmesan cheese into enough Franks Hot Sauce to make it a paste and spread on top.

Side...banana peppers, 0 cal

First time I have ever had them, just wanted something different...total cal 405
