My goals are pretty lofty. I didn't get in current condition in a month and I won't reverse it in a month.

1. Lose 110 pounds
2. Weight train 5x per week
3. Swim 3x per week
4. Walk 5 miles 3x per week

Fortunately, I live in Florida so weather isn't a factor. I can exercise in the rain.
