I'm having this issue as well. I noticed the app on my phone indicated I needed to "reauthorize" my garmin device. So I tried signing in multiple times. I also tried disconnecting and reconnecting, but the SparkPeople app keeps giving me the same error and only shows the "reauthorize" and "disconnect" options when I look under the "Connect Devices" link on my Android phone. If I exit that "Connect Devices" screen, I get another generic error saying "An error has occurred. We could not give this application the permissions you requested." with another option to sign into my Garmin account. I provide the sign in for the Garmin Connect *again* and still get the same error. I have no issues using the Garmin Connect app on the same phone. I have no issues logging in and seeing it online using a computer. However, I cannot seem to get SparkPeople connected to the app. Does anyone know a fix for this?

I started having issues with synching after the last Garmin update on my cell.

It synchs randomly, my watch tells me my Bluetooth is never connected, the app on my phone tells me that it needs permission (I have given it permission).

I have given up - still wear the watch, and I just wait for the synching to happen, whenever it does.

The time to do this is now - not tomorrow, not next week, not next month. Now.

Mine has stopped today, did anyone find a solutions? There use to be a place on Sparkpeople where i could click on to sync Garmin now, but i don't see it anymore....help

What I've learned about this so far is that there is an issue with how Garmin is sending us their data and only a small portion of it is being sent to us. Our team is working with them to get that resolved as soon as possible.

Mine has stopped also. I've tried to reconnect, my phone app. everything and anything I can think of and nothing has worked. Talk about frustration

mine has stopped as well. SP shows no steps on the 14th from my Garmin. I tried un-syncing and then reconnecting, but still nothing.

Anybody else's tracker stopped syncing? Mine suddenly stopped on 12/14/18. It's updating in Connect with no problem, just not syncing with SP. I've tried everything suggested here but disconnecting took all my data out of SP and it didn't come back when I reconnected. Any other suggestions?

Iíve read messages on what to do when Garmin wonít sync to SparkPeople. I disconnected intending to reconnect (as instructed), but now canít reconnect. Any suggestions? Thank you!
