Going into day 6 wo sugar. My reasons are to lower my BP, get 60 pounds off my knee and feet, be around to play with my new GGson.

Why do you want to lose weight? The Spark Beck Diet Solution team (not a diet but a book of solutions) is a great place to start.

11th day with no cookies, candy, cake , pie, ICE CREAM, etc. No sugar in tea or on cereal. The only sugar is in the fruit and other foods. emoticon

I know that I can get throught this!

Had two cookies yesterday big cookies do not feel bad about it. They were the only sweet I had yesterday. No sweet planned for today.

I am doing pretty well on the challenge. Sugar intake has been cut drastically. I gave up soda 3 years ago. Since then I mainly drink water and green tea. Of course, I have to have my coffee.
