I've gotten to the point where I sneak in a snack just before bed. Either a spoon of Ice Cream with NO CARB whip cream, or sometimes 2 chocolate covered almonds,

My husband just cooked up two large batches of vegetables to be frozen in individual servings so he can have what he wants and not have to cook separately for e. Haven't had sweets in almost a year now.

Works for me. I've lost over 50 lbs. now, but 25 on "low carb" diet, which means all my carbs are from Vegetables, fruit and nuts.
