Omelettes are good. Some multigrain toast or english muffin can help add additional fiber. :)

I like omelets for breakfast. Eggs have protein and it's the only way I can get veggies at breakfast. I'm trying to leave out the cheese though.

A good breakfast can help you feel less hungry during the day and help meet your weight loss goals. Today I had:
Thomas' Light Multigrain English Muffin
Jiff Natural Peanut Butter
Coffee

This came to:
387 calories
25g fat
37g carbs
11g fiber
16g protein
276 mg sodium

The protein and fiber help me feel full longer. I am diabetic and little bit of blood pressure issues so watch the carbs and the sodium. Using the tracker really helps know what you are eating and its effects. Try and log what you can and see.
