It's Friday again. I don't have to work this weekend! Woo Hoo! Today is day 40 for me and my streak is still going. 40 days of exercise every day. 40 days of 8 cups of water every day. 40 days of tracking my food and checking into SP. 2# down and 1.5# down in my waist. :) Now I just need to get consistent with my diet.

I can't believe it is Friday! It has been such a busy week that I have had to cut back on my computer time. Got in my exercise though!

The scale will move! Stay true to yourself! Good for you for starting a new challenge! I am finishing up a County wide Challenge, to which I am a Wellness Champion for and leading a team of 10. The goal was to lose 10 pounds in 10 weeks. 3 weeks to go!

Day 22 for me. I finished the 21 day challenge yesterday. Started a 28 day home workout challenge today. Still waiting for the scale to move.

It has been a beautiful, quiet and stress free day. As I get older, I appreciate this kind of day. I feel like I have rushed enough and now, I can enjoy life.

Hi all! I wasn't on much yesterday since I was over at Disney getting ready for my race this morning. I completed the Half Marathon in just under 3:15, about 14:50 a mile. NOt fast, but done. No, I am not a skinny running chick. I am a 220 pound 50 (almost 51-in 12 days) year old. I have been fat my entire life. Glad you are all here with me! Happy Sparking!

Hi Spark Friends, Want to wish you continued Good Luck in reaching your goals.
I am not doing any kind of exercise program. I have been tracking my goals and Nutrition etc.
and did A little housework and I cleaned off my Computer desk and my file cabinet that is attached to it.
I am using a walker and a chair with wheels on it, right now, so It is very difficult to do to many things.

Good for you for turning it into a positive. Day 4 for me. I really didn't feel like exercising. I was exhausted after work today and even fell asleep. But, I made myself do it. Still on my streak.

Wasn't able to get on yesterday because I was running around from several doctor's appointments to grocery shopping to a massive list of things that had to get done. Didn't eat well at all yesterday, nor did I get in any exercise. :( However, instead of getting all bent out of shape about it, I'm going to sit down this afternoon and go over my day yesterday and see where I failed and what I could have done that could have helped me. I've got to keep this train moving! :)

Good Evening everyone.

Hope everyone is staying on track with the goals they have set for themselves.

Am doing great and loving this site. So much here to help me and all of us. Got all my water in again today... Feeling water logged! lol. Am off work tomorrow and going to try some of the exercise videos!!! The weather has been awesome here so I need to get out and enjoy it too. Ok work break is over. Since we're having such beautiful weather here in Kentucky with a high of 68*F and sun shining, I think I'm going to head out for a walk and allow my daughter to have some fun playing outside! :)

Well, my official first day wasn't bad. I didn't worry about my food intake because Sunday will be my "no-counting day" and my "rest day". I'm really excited about this new journey and I simply can't wait to start kicking butt and taking names. ;)
