I want Carol's day with mineral water pools and jacuzzis and sunrise hikes.

Lynn, enjoy that bike ride. Glad you're able to get out and do that again. You'll be running again before you know it!

Kourtney, productivity is good. Makes you feel better about a lot of things.

Jilly enjoy your dog walk!

I'm sitting in the law school, not working on my paper. Today is my son's birthday and I think we'll go out to dinner later. He is teaching me some basic isometric strength training exercises and my legs are sore. It's chilly but dry today, so maybe I'll actually walk outside for a bit later anyway. Tomorrow I hope to swim, haven't been since Weds.

Okay, off to be productive now.

Carol - wow that sounds absolutely wonderful! Enjoy!

Lynn - Enjoy your walk and bike!

***

I'm feeling pretty meh this morning. It's a combination of overeating yesterday and PMS (which resulted in not sleeping well with lots of nightmares ugh). I'm about to head out for volunteering, and hopefully that'll brighten my mood. Then I need to be productive today - switch my Rx's back over to wallgreen's, stop by the post office, and do my dishes. Oh and study. Ugh.

Talk to you guys later. XOXO

Kourtney

Wow! Your day is hard to beat, Carol! It's a beautiful fall day here, so I plan to take a walk and maybe a leisure bike ride. Finally, the rains have moved out and it's a beautiful sunny day for today and tomorrow. Bigger bike ride tomorrow, hopefully.

Whatever you all do, hope it's fun and relaxing.

We're leaving to go hiking back at Joshua Tree here in the California desert. We did three trails yesterday and came back and had a lovely swim. Our room has a 6 X 10 jacuzzi that's mineral water, it's very nice. The pools are all mineral water fed from the hot spring. It only got up to 80 yesterday which was perfect for hiking. Today we're doing a seven mile loop and we want to get there as the sun is rising.

What wonderful things are you guys up to today?
