3/9 - 40 min lower body and upper
3/10 - 10 min. core/lower
3/11 - 10 min - upper/lower
3/12 - 10 min
3/13 - 10 min
3/16 - 15 min

I should have mentioned before that on the 17th I had a pain across my back and decided to quit for a few days till I was better and it turned out to be over a week! I now have a fractured tooth that needs to be pulled and a mole removed from my head so no hair in one spot and a bloody S mark and I'm supposed to put petroleum jelly on it. Would think an antibiotic ointment would be better but doing the jelly like dr said. I'm still waiting for dentist to call. He was supposed to look at xrays first from the endodontist. I called at 9:00 am yesterday. Would think I'd get a call by now. DH is telling me to call again. Will see if there's anything I can do today without bothering some part of my body!!!

Had tooth extraction and bone graph on 28th so that was it for exercise this month (and into April!).

March 6 - 32 minutes arm/shoulder exercises
March 7 - 42 minutes lower body/PT/Core
March 8 - 45 minutes flexible senior and PT
March 9 - 0
March 10 - 0 been very lazy and tired the last 2 days.
March 11 - 34 minutes total body ST
March 12 - 41 minutes essential body muscle builder video and cardio/St video
March 13 - 30 minutes PT/leg/core exercises
March 14 - cleaned house and took a short walk, no actual strength training except with dusting and mopping.
March 15 - Been a bit off no exercise
March 16 - no exercise
March 17 - emoticon no exercise
March 18 - 31 minutes ST (working on getting back on track)
March 19 - 28 minutes ST
March 20 - no ST just cardio
March 21 - 21 ST
March 22 - 22 ST
March 23 - 25 ST
March 24 - 25 ST
March 25 - took a rest day
March 26 - 29 Min ST
March 27 - 20 min ST
March 28 - 26 minutes ST
March 29 - 0 ST
March 30 - 36 minutes
March 31 - 38 minutes ST
