How did y'all do on your monthly goals?

Me, not too bad...

1. Hit my daily goals for 30 days (the changes come from consistency) **DONE**
2. Get my Taxes done and pay down those bills **DONE, waiting on the tiny refund**
3. Budget so I don't get in a hole again **Uglier than I thought but now I'm prepared**
4. Work up to trotting a mile (I don't think it is near running yet) **Closer but not a whole mile**
5. Drag my friends/family with me through this fun journey **Fem-Spawn is right by my side**

February Goals:

1. Work to get to my first mini goal weight, another 9 pounds.
2. Walk a mile a day in the morning with Leslie's WATP video.
3. Finish painting my Garden Gnome. (only have the head painted)
4. Read or listen to a library book on health.
5. Go through my storage crates and organize my summer clothes.

Time goes by so fast, might as well eat less processed foods and move more so I can see some well deserved results each month!

I never thought of getting an actual bucket; I really like that idea as I am a hands on kind of person. Like to see it, like to do it. As many senses as I can involve, I remember it better. February goals:
1. Eliminate all refined sugars.
2. Strength train a different body area each day (upper/core/lower)
3. Some sort of aerobic activity daily, and mix it up (dance, elliptical, walking)

Magic comes in threes. So I will leave it there for February. emoticon

You always have time for that which you place first.

I really want to get rid of this flu bug! Until I do that, I hesitate to set up too many more goals. But now that I have the honestly recording what I eat and staying within my calorie range pretty well down, I want to focus more on the carb/protein/fat ratios and eventually get to the point where I am close to the recommended range for most days. Yes, I am a carboholic! So this is going to be very difficult.

-Complete 28 day plank challenge
-twice a week do an exercise video (online or DVD)
-lose 2" around waist
emoticon -be very careful of no overspending - stick to budget
emoticon -read 2 books off of my Alphabet Author List (still have F, I, J, N, O, T, U, V, W, X, Y, Z)

My goals:
- Average 6,000 steps/day (168,000 for month of Feb)
- Keep tracking my food
- Go to YMCA at least 15 times in Feb.

@SUGARSMOM2 You don't have to have a real bucket. But your Bucket (goal) list would be different than other peoples. But I suppose if someone really wanted to get into it, they could buy a little pail or bucket to actually put there finished items in!! That would be a great idea if we had an actual get together team!!!

I am so happy that you got Bentley!! I hope you are having lots of fun and exercise time with him!!
