Well, it looks as if one of my May goals is going to have to be to forgive myself for not having attained the maintenance goal...and just to keep on trying....

Today I leave my spirited grand kids and return home. For the rest of the month of May, may I keep the energetic feeling I acquired while chasing around after them!

With my trips coming in May, my goal will be to just maintain the weight loss I've managed to attain.

I really want to ensure that I stay focused on what is important for May. What is important to improve my health, what is important to keep me on track spiritually, and what is important to keep me on track emotionally. I have recently felt really out of whack emotionally and spiritually and have allowed challenges in my family to keep me out of kilter. May is not off to the best of starts, but I am being open so that I can get through this.

Also, I am doing a four month challenge with some FB friends, so my goals are as follows:

Workout 4-5x/month
Drink at least 64oz water/daily
Make sure I am eating clean 80% of the time
Lose 15 pounds

What goals do you wish to achieve for May? CONSISTENCY
Fitness - 600 monthly minutes
Nutrition - 5-6 8oz. glasses of H2O
Love life - weekly date (No technology)
Relationships - send a card/make a phone call
Organization - pay my dues, re-engage with local chapter
