Oops--I guess I'm meandering back, too. I'm just now seeing the April Goals, and the month is 1/2 over. Well never too late to get back into shape. What I'm doing:

1. Exercise 60 minutes minimum 5 days/week
2. Cut the carbs, cut the carbs
3. Volunteer at least 2 X per month
4. Plan and enjoy at least one trip

As I meander my way back into leading our team, I reflected on my January goals and figured it's time to spring into action.
So let's post April goals and hold each other accountable. What do you think? Let's do it!

Here are mine.

1. Do cardio and strength training at least 4 x per week for at least 30 minutes each session.
2. Eat and drink within calorie range at least every other day .
3. Gain at least 3 new clients per week.
4. Motivate others on our team. Stay active.


Since I choose to EAT right and DRINK right, I suppose you could say I LIVE right!
