Just NOW today started back walking in my neighborhood. Okay, getting that butt into gear! I lost 2 lbs on vacation, so obviously the walking overcame all that food I ate.

My summer plan:
I will walk at least 2 miles everyday.
Yoga class 2 X week.
Daily stretching and meditation.
Get back on my low carb diet.

Just returned (almost, visiting family) from 2 weeks in Paris with my daughter -- 2 weeks of eating SO much rich food, but walking, walking, walking. I haven't gotten on a scale yet, but I'm hoping I walked off some of the calories I ate. Sure was fun though!

OMG...I started a new job (yay!) but they have me busy on a whole new level!!! I haven't even been sparking like I use to...LOL..

Now that I have gotten somewhat "settled", I am recommitting to my fitness goals...and even though we are in the middle of the season, I can still hit some goals!!!

I have just embarked upon my 60b460 campaign. If God grants me life, I will turn 60 on August 14, 2016. Last week was the beginning of 60 weeks before that date. My ultimate goal is weigh 60 pounds less. One day at a time, one week at a time. We will see how it goes! Take care, sorors!

What are your summertime fitness plans your are committed to?

Mine are as follows:
1. 100 crunches (variations) to be completed throughout the day
2. 50 squats throughout the day
3. 50 back extensions throughout the day

I believe these are small steps I can fit in until I am ready for a scheduled routine.

Since I choose to EAT right and DRINK right, I suppose you could say I LIVE right!
