I have a goal to lose weight and be below 200 pounds.
To achieve this goal I have set steps that I know are realistic and doable. I also divided my goal in mini-weekly goals of losing 1 - 2 pounds a week.

This week I am committed to:
1: drink 64 ounces a day
2: exercise daily for no less than 10 minutes
3: to stay within my calorie range and track all food

I am doing Intermittent Fasting with Low-Carb eating plan. Veggie rich, moderate protein, focus on nutritional needs. It is working! It was total HELL (not sugar coating it) to get my body to cooperate switching from being a sugar-burner to burning fat (ketones) but worth it for the results I'm seeing now. Went swimming (outdoors) last evening for the first time this season and discovered I need a new suit--this one is too baggy to keep.

I am " trying " to follow the 90 day spark plan
But am struggling with sticking to healthy food choices everyday. Some days I stay within the calorie range but a lot of days I go over. I'm finding it very hard to make healthy choices everyday

That's my problem too. I am watching my calories and making healthy choices, but I think I need more structure.

I am not following a plan and it definitely is not working for me. I should try to get back into some sort of a plan. Way back when I followed WW, one of the older plans, and it worked for me but when they changed it all up I thought they messed it all up and it really was not for me anymore. I do need some kind of accountability though.

Also, this whole menopause thing is working against me. I need to conquer this as well.

Are you following a specific weight loss plan (Southbeach, WW, etc..)? If so, how is it working for you?
