can you believe october is nearly over all ready! as well, this year is nearly finished--this last part usually goes by so quickly with all of its activities. and so is this decade nearly over! determined i'm going to make the best use of the time possible!

1) pay more attention to what I'm eating, I already watch the proportions.
2) Rejoin my gym and try to work out at least two times a week (strength training and walking indoor track)
3) Now that it's cooler try to get back into the habit of walking 1/2 of my lunch hour and trees are changing so scenery should be pretty.

Do you have any special goals (either large or tiny) for accomplishing in October??

Use an UpWalker when walking outside as I am very unsteady.
