Good. Going down for the last 3 days... ounce by ounce I'll get there. Small step, big results. Finally seeing changes

Decluttering my office/2nd bedroom, I found some treasures that will turn into projects this year. I also threw away stuff that was nice but never and will not use . Some stuff I will give away too. This project has been on my mind forever ! 2020 is the year. This decade will see more done than the last. Very excited emoticon

I have to much to lose to be at y weight goal but I will be 180 by 12/31/20

I divided this in 3 stages; I'll take measurements again in April, then in August and at the end of December. I o weigh-in every Tuesday as my official day of the week.

I do not diet but I'm mindful of what I eat and the portion size. I do exercise at least 5 times a week. And let's not forget about drinking water....

In 2020 I want to get out of the obese category for one thing. It means losing 7 kg, from 92 to 85 kg. (1 kg = 2.2 lbs so I'd need to lose about 15 lbs to get into the 'overweight' category and who knows, hopefully continue to get my weight down).

1. Mediate/Journal/Positivity/Reflect/Gratitu
de each day. Preferably one morning/one evening. I'm still learning this and haven't determine which works best for me.

2. Exercise - started going to group exercise - similar to spin - love it - now to become consistent.

3. Horse goals - Ride more, clinic later this year, retreat later this year.

4. Pay off debt. Longer way to go but got my car paid off early last year and one loan paid off now focusing on one and maybe two this year.

5. Lose weight, specifically 40 lbs, but 30 by Nov. Hardest for me, but I've done some things for myself that have improve my outlook on well everything so I'm super hopeful.

1. Pay off our credit cards ($600 to go).
2. Get off my blood pressure meds.
3. Finish 12 quilts (that's just one per month!!).
4. Get below 200 pounds.
5. Buy a new car.
