Starting today to the 29th.of February

Exercise; at least 60 minutes a day 6 days a week.
Log food and read nutritional report daily
Drink 64 oz of water daily
Login SP daily
Weigh-in every Tuesdays and on the 29th.

Had my hand surgery - still recovering.

I did well with avoiding junkfood and sweets, did not binge or indulge after the surgery, thankfully.
Have been working on meal gaps of 2-3 hours in between meals and snacks, NSV is that I did not eat after the evening meal for 5 days now!
Did well with exercise (walking mostly): over 400 minutes per week in the past two weeks.
Also doing well with going to bed on time.
I wish these things would translate into weight loss, but no. Weight stayed the same.

Get through the hand surgery that I am having on Monday all right and recover well!

To try to keep working on my usual goals in spite of that unusual situation:
* get in vegetables with every meal (I will depend on help from my husband for the first two weeks or so after Monday).
* try to walk for at least 30 minutes as soon as I can after the surgery, aim for 50 minutes of moving my body.
* Avoid sugary foods and junk foods as well as I can.
* get plenty of rest and sleep - be in bed at or before 11 PM.

I would like to lose at least 5 pounds by end of month.
I am going to " try " reduce the amount of soda I drink.
Eat a salad with my lunch or dinner everyday this month.

Read at least 1 book emoticon , finish one craft/quilt project, lose 5 pounds.
