Main ingredients: *White rice, tomatoes, garlic, onions, broth + virgin olive oil
Serving temperature: Hot
Place of origin: Mexico, Spain, and Iran
Course: Side dish

*I baked brown rice this afternoon
(baked for full 75 minutes, nice and tender grains).
emoticon I'll brown onions & garlic in olive oil first
... then add petite diced tomatoes packed in tomato juice
& a little broth to reheat rice all in pan together-
fresh cracked black pepper and sea salt
