Remember to go slow, listen to your body and take it easy. Worrying will sometimes make things worse so just be confident in your knees. You've had a good amount of rest so be sure of yourself. :-) Good luck!

After completing 2 weeks & then taking a 3 week hiatus for a double knee injury. I am back at it in the morning. I am going back to Week 1 & starting over. I am excited to go again, but nervous about my knees. I so want to do this. Praying for strength.
