LOL well the best tool I have found lately is the ability to listen to my body, do what i can and love me for where I am at.. I think acceptance is the most important tool at this point :)

I was going through some old post in our General Team Discussion Forum and thought this one posted by SHALINDRA was a really good one to bring back. Take a look at the Women's Health called "Sculpt a Lean Body" link.

Thank you Suzy for posting this.

Okay Callanetics groupies listen up! As I was browsing facebook,I found an article from Women's Health called "Sculpt a Lean Body". Well always looking for the best workouts, I had to click the link to see. Really not bad, you will see many of our movements done just a little differently. This is a great thing! I saved the pdf file to add these movements to my arsenal. If you get bored like I do, run over and take a look at these, then when Callanetics is getting ho hum, insert on of these movements into your routine.
I did not see any warm ups, stretches, or cool downs offered for this routine so I would advice ALWAYS do your Callanetics warm ups and stretches, as the movements are similar, you should be fine.
