Thank you Charlie, sometimes its just a real pain. I have started something a little new, I do the extended Callanetics, and then I add one exercise from Super Callanetics each day. So like I will do 200 extra arm exercises on day one, day two will bring the 2 extra stomach exercises from super, wensday I do 50 open and close, thursday is the extra hip and butt on the knees, and then friday I do 300 count chair leg squeeze. This was fun last week and kept my routine down to ah hour, so it worked out pretty good. Hopefully I can get going this week :)

Suzy, this is why your'e doing so well on your weight & inches. I just can't get myself in the mood. I hope that will change soon. I'm so proud of you!

It is truly undeniable that daily exercise is part of the picture of health. I know it is a challenge to get myself moving daily. And, it is one of the strongest ways I can improve my muscles and help my body get even healthier.

As of the beginning of the new year let fitness be one of our daily gifts to ourselves.

This challenge is simply to exercise daily in any fashion you wish. Even on the day off of exercise you can move around for 10 minutes of activity to keep the ol' heart a'pumpin'.

Each day just post what Exercise you did and the minutes, miles or reps. You could even include the calories burned if you want too. Example:

Minutes:
Calories Burned:

Just think how we will feel at the end of the month by exercising daily! ANY EXERCISE........
