Yes, the news about Callan is very upsetting. I think that the best thing we can do is send love her way and prayers.

Susy, I'm proud of you. Your just getting better and better! Don't stop just keep going at your pace.

Lise, no problem about the picture, I know how that is! I have another friend that is having putter problems.

For the last few days I have been getting ready for a party I throw for family and friends ever so often. This one was for my sister-in-laws BD and a friends belated wedding party. We had it last night. We had a bond fire for a wienie roast, they opened their presents and then we played cards until 3 AM this morning. There was 12 here including Dubby and I. Always a lot of fun!

I feel so displaced about Callan's death. I think we should do something to honor her but I don't know what other than keep doing her exercises. Can y'all think of anything else we could do?

Goooood Morning :)
Well First off I got my first walk done, in 8 minutes I might add, and my back is barely twinging..YAY! Aspercreme is a wonderful thing..lol I get in 1 mile yesterday, tho last night I was sore, not any more than any other day I am thinking. I did get vacuming done on the bottom floor, one of these days I am gonna get a house without stairs from hell :) I did work in the bathroom but not long, a little scraping, I need to vacume that mess up this morning and get myself and the dog.. seperately of course, in the bath tub :) I hope to get Callanetics done today, I didnot get them yesterday, but I was very busy so i feel good about the day.

What I have planned today is 3 walks around the block, well that may be aiming high, we'll see, more scraping in the bathroom (that never lasts long :P ) vacuminng the top floor and Callanetics, if I can get all done, AMAZing,if I cant, its ok, I am still moving and thats a great thing, as my brother used to say.. I woke up on the right side of dirt today, it's gonna be a great day!

Well I made it twice around the block,callanetics, the dog and i got a bath and I got supper cooked and the kitchen cleaned. All in All not a bad day, how was your day?

Hello Charlie! Since last Thursday, SP is not working as it should for me (there seems to be a problem at SP for some of us). I cannot see any pictures, login buttons (they're typewritten links), no emoticons, etc. I will put the pictures on when I can. Hugs to you my friend.

Lise, I looked and didn't find you dogs pictures. I'll check later on, your as busy as I am!

Suzy, that's a lot in one day for you with cleaning and all. Take it easy, one day at a time.

I'm on a mission to get 2100 minutes in this month. This was a Callanetics day and I feel like jello.

How is everyone today? I am trying... no... I am getting back on track. This morning I walked .56 mile. It wasnlt a big walk, but it was a walk. Keeping things short is gonna be the key I think. I will get my callanetics done today and hopefully another walk later on in the evening, that will give me a mile :) I really havbe tto quit trying and DO. That is how I beat my nicoteen addiction, that is how I will beat this weight problem as well. I also want to vacume today and work on the bathroom some. The bathroom will never get done I swear. hugs and kisses all.... Suzy

I love walking! I can never get enough at times. Once I start, I can just keep going.

My two dogs are local dogs -- mongrels but they are so cute! I really like these dogs because they are gentle, yet very good watchdogs. Not today, but I will put up their pictures on my Spark Page. I need to take some more recent pictures of them. I also have a local cat called Miss Tutti (means little in Wolof but she isn't little any more!!!).

As for today, I will do 45 minutes of Turbo Jam and I'll cool down with the 20 mins Callanetics for the evening.

Lise, no wonder you are doing so well with your weight! That's a lot of exercise for one day. What kind of dogs do you have?

Today is my walking day, if it doesn't rain I'm going to see if my friend Deana can walk with me after she gets off work. If not I'll do my walking with my Leslie S. DVD. I don't have a dog but, I guess I could walk one of the horses like I use to do. Lol!

I did my Callanetics this morning plus 20 mins of Turbo Jam. To top it all I even walked my two dogs (actually it is more like they pulled me along!) for two miles plus. Not an easy task.

This evening, I did a Taebo session for 30 mins and went for a 3.26 mile walk by myself. Oh, I so enjoy my walks alone...

I had to play my Callanetics DVD through to get me in the mood to do the exercises today. Feeling sore from all the gardening yesterday.

Lise, I know how that goes, best laid plans and all. At least you got out of the house and did a couple of hours of cardio. Maybe the key is getting out of the house.

Suzy, I hope you didn't over do and not be able to move tomorrow. I do Lise's facial exercises. I do her 7 minutes a day, concentrating on the neck and throat area and just started the massages. I have not been good at posting my facial exercises on the team. Sorry Lise, I will start doing that again.

Today was a beautiful day here, so I spent 3 hours working in the garden. I cleaned the garden beds, and planted lots of veggies. Mowed grass and raked it. Then I helped Dubby fix the tractor. I may not be able to move tomorrow, either.

Well I got down and dirty and did Callanetics and then followed it by do 2 miles from the dvd. I think 2 miles is probably pushing it here, I was feeling extreme pain by the end of the cool down and stretch. I had hoped for 20 minutes of aerobic every day but my back is just not too keen on that much movement so tomorrow I think I will stop at a mile, it is a mile more than I did yesterday. Wow I did thos face exercises while in the bath, I have been trying to incorporate them in my day so I dont scream aftr doing 20 minutes of squinches and winks..lol What facial exercises do you do, if you do them. I do the shape your face ones.

Today, I hoped to do a Turbo Jam tape plus some strength exercises but that fell through because I had too much housework to do. This evening however, I did go to my two hour Tai Chi class. It does feel great. Tomorrow, I will do a Callanetics class in the morning.

I changed my Ticker to fitness minutes to encourage me to do something everyday but Sun. My plan for March is to do 2100 fitness minutes but, I need a kick in the butt every once in a while to keep going.

I need Buddies to encourage me or meet with me at a certain time here for at least 3 days a week for walks and 2 days a week for Callanetics.

Not just to post time or miles but, to says how you feel, where you exercised, who you exercised with, or what ever is on you mind.

I don't know if this will help but, it's worth a shot... emoticon
