thanks shalindra. im new on this forum but ive been doing callanetics for over a year. The regular 10 in 10 video became easy and I no longer felt a burn afterwards. i graduated to the super callanetics dvd and have been doing it on and off for some months. I feel that i am now ready and strong enough to fully commit to SC daily. I'll be posting my experience with the challenge on this forum.

This is a 30 day challenge to love and accept my body with its perfect imperfections… to embrace the present moment…to dare to go where I have never gone before.
The 5 rules of this mindful body SC transformation challenge are:

1) SHOW UP for the workouts
2) PAY ATTENTION. Be aware of what works and what doesn’t
3) LIVE your truth and don’t settle for excuses
4) DO your best and the rest will follow
5) Don’t be ATTACHED to outcomes

My schedule is as follows:
Monday-Saturday: Ill be doing the super callanetics dvd along with tracy anderson's arm workout (from her mat dvd to supplement the lack of arm exercise in callanetics)
Sunday: Yoga X dvd from p90x series

This is week one of my challenge and so far i have done 3 workouts. i'm a tiny bit sore in my arms but otherwise, feeling great.

Wow thats quite a challange! While I can not keep up with that pace due to my disability I sure will be watching your progress with great enthusiasm!

Hi everyone, im doing a super callanetics september challenge. I started on sunday the 1st and will end on the 30th. The challenge is to do the 70 minute workout 6 days a week= 7 hours of callanetics a week. Anyone want to join?
