The one you do the most :) 10 in 10 is the basic program, with all the moves to learn and progress through. Super C has the basic with advanced moves. This one is very demanding and strenuos. Am and Pm takes 10 in 10 and splits it up into 2 workouts to get you ready for your day and then ready for a good night's rest.

How you decide to do your workout is up to you. Throughout all of Callans books she has emphasized making the program your own. work out how you enjoy it, progress according to your body. Thats a hard thing to learn when we have been taught to follow this bouncing bunny or that one. Callan said do these work outs 1,2,3 or as many as 5 times a week although she states in her book that it is simply not neccesary to do them 5 times a week.

|I have done 10/10 5 times a week I have done Super C 5 times a week but only half the counts. I am now doing 10/10 2 to 3 times a week and I will add an advanced movement here or there when I want to do something different.Must be honest I have never done the am/pm but I am sure that it is the same in that you will get results with the intensity you put into them.
You will tighten up which ever workout you use, no matter if you do them 1.2.3 or even 5 times a week. 1or 2 a week is considered maintenece although you can still substantially change your body shape just takes more time. 3 to 5 times a week is for the strong at heart and I say this because if you bring the intesity EVERY day you will soon be sore but you will change your physic very quickly.

I would recommend the dvd "Secrets to Callanetics" It is not a work out in its self as much as further instruction to the workouts you have. She goes into more explaination of how to get the most out of the work out. Since following this dvd I can understand why 2x is enough.

Out of curiosity only :)

I have watched three dvds (10/10 AM/PM, Super Callanetics)
Had to smile a lot as it brought back many memories... and loved them all :)
Although I thought that 10/10 & Super are quite similar, I was wondering which of the three yield the best results?
