Hello again Shalindra! I love Callanetics too! I am doing the Ten Years Younger in Ten Hours program. Tomorrow I will complete ten hours. I'll let you know if I appear ten years younger or not! LOL! It is one of my favorites workouts right along with swimming. I hope you have a great weekend! emoticon

Well we are very close to the same age. I started doing Callanetics around '89. I have ventured from the program and always came back because it works and I can do this without throwing my back out. There are a few posts in the questions and answers heading that discuss some of the other workouts and how we can swap things up to keep it interesting. I look forward to watching and reading your progress.

Hello! I agree, it is hard but I love it! You see and feel results so quickly! I began Callanetics in my twenties. For some reason I left it about 15 years ago. I am 59 now and back doing it every day. I do not plan to leave it again. emoticon

Thank you for the warm welcome. I am going to town early this morning, so plan on doing my callanetics when I get back. I really want to do the callanetics as much as possible in the beginning here. I was surprised I was able to do the whole 1 hour program yesterday. It was hard, but I did it! I am sore today, but a good sore. I will check-in again later after I have done my callanetics. Have an awesome day!!

It is a good thing to exercise. Look at my Grandma, she started walking 5 miles a day at age 70. She is 94 years old now & nobody knows where the heck she is!

I was so excited to see that there are other people on Sparks doing Callanetics!! I used to do Callanetics when I was a teenager with great results. I started again today. It is so hard, but I feel so good about getting back into this exercise. I started eating healthy & exercising on January 1st of this year. I have had good results with losing 21 inches(only measure Chest, Waist, & Hips) & 56 pounds, so far. I know I have a long way to go, but I will get there. I did take more measurements today before doing the Callanetics. I can't wait to start seeing results, because I know I will! Looking forward to getting to know each of you. Have an awesome day!
