I have never tried it because I don't trust myself.

I've done Simply Filling and Core and it is great, but you really have to get in touch with your satisfaction levels. When I first start, I weigh/measure food and have one serving, stop and decide if I'm still hungry (opposed to really liking the food). Most times, one serving is plenty. It also helps to know that if I am really hungry, I can eat more/again.

You can also go back and forth day-to-day. For instance, I go out two evenings a week for Bingo and Corn Hole games. On those days, I might decide to count points for everything, especially if my day is really crazy and I didn't plan well.

Try it; you might do well with it. You can always go back to counting points for everything.

I have tried filling and healthy days - and are successful - but then I go off track again. If I stick totally to the food, I seem to lose. It is called Filling and Healthy here in Australia - but same thing I think.

I did Simply Filling when it was called Core and it definitely worked for me. At that time WW taught you to "stop, rest, assess" which was very important. Stop eating, put your fork or spoon down, and ask yourself if you are satisfied. If you are, stop eating and leave the table. If you aren't satisfied continue eating. I stopped losing and I mistakenly thought it was because I needed to go back to points (it was a thyroid problem). The first few days are tough but once you get used to it, not counting points is great. And now bread is a part of Simply Filling which it wasn't when I did it. Good luck to you!

Although I try to stick to mostly power foods, I dont do well on simply filling because I need the portion control of counting my points. I can overeat on anything. I even have to be very careful with 0 pp foods like fruit.. I can eat a LOT of fruit if I dont count how many. I eat 4x a day and usually have a fruit at each meal. I could easily have several fruits at each meal and then some. Its a great way to eat and is helpful when eating away from home where weighing and measuring isnt an option but FOR ME I cant do it as an everyday option. I just cant trust myself to control my portions.

Good Luck

I'm tired of counting points so I'm thinking of going to Simply Filling. Does anyone have any experience or advice?
