Well, I didn't end the weekend at the same weight I went into it at.
Friday - 163
Monday - 164.8
I did a pretty heavy workout yesterday and I think this is the end result of that.
Total calorie intake for Saturday and Sunday - 2726 total
Total calorie output for Saturday and Sunday - 401.

My Friday weight was 137, Monday goal was 137. I did it... Monday morning weight 137.
That is the second weekend I have been able to maintain through. Thanks for all the weekend support!!!

Well, day 1 of the 2 day weekend is pretty much finished. My total calorie intake was 1330 calories but I didn't do any exercising today. It was really a lazy day today.
I am hoping that I don't see a negative result from this on Monday.

Sunday is my weigh in day - hoping to lose a pound. I'll update on Sunday!

Update : I am so shocked! I know I hoped to lose a pound, but I actually did it! I am so excited. I didn't have the best week, so that was a shock!

I just weighed myself this morning, and my weight's gone up in the past week! I suppose that's due to my overly crappy eating last weekend, though I'm confused cuz I'd done so well this week....anyway, tomorrow I'm going to a barmitzvah & I'm worried about overeating (which is what I tend to do at family functions).

Can't believe the weekend is here already --time to focus on survival. My weight seems to keep climbing every week for the past several weeks, not sure what's going on so I'm hoping to get thru the weekend with no gain or even a 1# loss would be great.
