Well although I didn't lose the 2#s I had hoped for, I will take the 1# loss! Actually made it thru the holiday weekend with a loss rather than a gain. emoticon

Tuesday - I weighed in at 135. I overate Saturday, I was driving for 7 hours and needed munchies to stay awake, but then did 2 hours on my treadmill watching a movie to make up for it. I guess it worked! Let's see if it is a real weight and stays with me this week. Have a great week everyone.

Friday's post - I am in for the weekend. 4 day weekend for me, I am off today too. 137 this morning, just hoping to maintain since weekends are so hard.

Well, I burned more than 1,000 calories in exercise, did way better with my calories/portions, tracked all my food, drank my water, was at 158.0 Sunday morning, and then, last night, that "TOM" came to visit and I'm at 159.6 this morning. So even though the scale is not my best friend this morning, I count this weekend as a success.

Gardening must burn a lot more calories than I thought, because I basically ate whatever I wanted for the entire weekend, and am down .4 pounds this morning. We'll see if it lasts.

Good morning!

What a nice long weekend; too bad it went by so quickly. My weight is up this morning. I had two parties to attend this weekend and it was hard watching my portions. I'm back on track today and looking forward to next weekend's accountability thread. I plan to make that one successful!

I'm up just a wee bit this morning. DH and I had dinner out last night. I tried to be careful with my portions and selections.

Val - Hang in there. I would suggest that you stock up on healthy snacks and get rid of those that aren't. If they aren't in the house, you won't eat them. Weight Watchers Ice-cream bars, string cheese, 100 calorie snacks, Laughing Cow Cheese and celery. Have stuff like that handy for when you feel hungry. I also like Weight Watchers slice cheese on low cal bread; toasted.

i fear i will do bad this weekend, i am off to a bad start, my doctor put me on tylenol 3 for back pain and it has made me so hungry, does anyone else ever find that some of their medications make them hungry? i am going to have to talk to my doctor about this...
i have already eaten a bowl of peach ice cream, but it wasnt too high in calories, i know the growling in my stomach is imaginary, but its still there, i hope i can press on thru

Going to need all the motivation I can get for this weekend. Hosting a family BBQ Sunday and a friend one Monday, but we're having turkey burgers, salad, and fat free hot dogs, so hopefully I do okay! Also, lots of yardwork on Saturday should burn off a few calories!

Hi! YAHOO a 3 day weekend! Along with that comes 3 days of food challenges. I would love to maintain.

In order to do that I have to watch my portions, make good food selections, watch the alcohol, exercise each day and drink more water.

Wow, the weekend is already here again, the days have been flying by for me. Since we have an extra long weekend, I thought it would be good to run the challenge thru Tuesday rather than Monday this time.

I had gotten to 169 this week, but the weight is up due to sodium I'm sure, so I need to be extra good this weekend in hope to get back to 169.
