The best thing I have found so far is to either get the mini bags of pop corn or 100 calorie packs. I know they can be a bit pricey so I get the full size bags and divide it out right away when i get home into serving sizes. But i totally can relate to the whole sitting down and eating a whole bag of chips and not really paying much attention to it.

I keep 1 oz. bags of pretzels or sun chips around when I start to feel snacky. I also drink a diet coke, it helps my stomach feel fuller. But, you have to make sure to follow pop up with lots of water to beat up that sodium! ; ) Good luck, and I hope this helps!

I am with ya Maria for hoisiting a few beers on the weekend. A few good choices are Amstel Light
96 calories, MGD 64 and Bud Select at a mere
55 calories. Goes great with the popcorn I mentioned earlier.

It's not a short-term diet. It's a long-term lifestyle change.

I recently got the Hungry Girl 200 Under 200 Cook book and let me tell you it's incredible! There are recipes for mozz sticks, "potoato" skins, pizzas, wraps, faux fries, desserts, shakes, mini meals. I have made a few of the recipes and they were excellent! The Hungry Girl has a website and there are recipes posted on there that you can try. There is also a Spark Team! The recipes take all the food we love so much to indulge in and make it healthier!

100 calorie popcorn or some fresh fruits/veggies are good options.

Hi gang!

I'm seriously guilty of chomping my way through a huge pack of chips, or having a few beers, or munching on a pizza, while watching a dvd on weekend nights.

I'm looking for some healthier ideas - would anyone care to share?!!!

HELP!
