I walk for about 80 minutes per day M-F. I am going to start using my LS walking dvds on the weekend or whenever I am off work. I am going to start doing upper body work and ab work. I have four LS dvds plus some yoga, pilates ones as well.

3 miles with Leslie's 5-mile fat burning walk - I even did the 2 minute jogging (boosted walking) at the end of each mile! YAY!

1/19 - I woke up with Leslie!! 20 minutes total from 4 fast miles (the time I had) - about 1.5 miles. Bootcamp video planned this evening.
1/18 - 0.6 mile outside stroll with dog, bootcamp video and bonus bootcamp video
1/17 - 20 minute "Fit Kids" Aerobics Video with both my 6 and 7.5 yo exercise Buddies - I'd planned a long outside walk to a local park, but it was raining.
1/16 - 1.5 mile outdoor walk with my DS6 riding along on his bike.
1/15 - 1 mile indoor walk (Denise)- Bootcamp Arms Video
1/14 - Bootcamp Lower Body Video, Bootcamp abs video (make-up) - no cardio planned
1/13 - 1 mile indoor walk (Denise Austin Video) - actually got up early enough to exercise in the morning (even if only 15 minutes). Wasn't feeling well in the evening so I skipped the Bootcamp abs video.
1/12 - Bootcamp Video + 15 minutes Pilates (LS YouCan Video)

38 Minute 2 mile Walk & Talk Diabetes DVD
12 minute bootcamp video
30 minutes Strength training and core exercises.
Plus a brisk 13 minute walk outside
