NO NO NO!!! Do not wear WEIGHTS around your ankles. You are RIGHT, that is VERY bad for your joints.

She stated in one of her dvd's I was watching that it was ok to wear them for the work out portions, but not during the actual walking portions. You know like the core work outs etc. were ok, but not the cardio, is what I think I am trying to say! emoticon

from what I have read (as well as from things from Leslie + Spark has some articles) do NOT wear ankle weights while walking. It's hard on the joints and it can have to high an impact on your form causing you to injure yourself.

Ankle weights are better used with things like the stability ball. Do a search on Spark and you'll get lots of good tips on how to use them (without hurting yourself)
