Sarah, I'm happy to hear your foot is much better! My shoulder is rapidly on the mend also. I can almost lift my arm over my head.In the meantime, I did 2 sessions of walking to my tunes.

My foot is much better thank you. I did an older walk or version of Big Burn (it was different from the one on fat burning DVD) for 30 minutes and had boosted jogging in it. That was 200 calories and 2 miles.

Allison and Deb hope you both feel better. I hurt my foot on Friday night or Saturday morning when I shoveled my mom's driveway so I am there with you. I managed to do 20 minutes of Easy Burn tonight for 1 mile and 100 calories.

My knee hurts. I had time to do my PT At home exercises for strengthening my knee yesterday. I skipped reverse lunges because of pain. I just did squats. I am really good at them but my knee hurts because of that now too I think. I am going to go talk to my former PT this week and see if I am doing anything wrong. I probably am. I didn't do anything for over a month and then just assumed I could do my PT At-home knee exercises with the same intensity that I was at when I ended PT. I don't want to go back to PT, it was 3 months 2x a week!

Besides putting the heating pad on my knee for an hour this morning and for 12 mintues before I did exercise, I tried to do exercises that put no stress on my knee. I did this from YouTube:

Well I took the bus to work and managed with the help from my mom to get home from Binghamton University which took me 30 minutes and the fitness tracker says it is 141 calories and I am guessing about 2 miles but don't know.

Jealous of your warm weather! Anyway I did 25 minutes only because the video did not work and I walked in place for 5 minutes and didn't completely finish the video of Easy Burn so I figured it's around 150 calories and 1 mile. I am at my mom's house tonight because of a possible snow storm tomorrow of 7 inches. So the internet is not that great.

I restarted today.
I first did my Physical Therapy knee exercise which I haven't done for over a month and ONE of them (reverse lunges), the last 3 repetitions were painful. Maybe I should have stopped doing them, my knee is a little sore. I mean it was sore before I did the actual exercise and now I am worried that it will be painful tomorrow when I want to exercise again.

So I used YouTube.I did an easy "warm up" with

Leslie Sansone Walking Part 1
and then moved on to Nick, one of Leslie's proteges:
Walk With Weights, which is very fun and peppy but not too difficult for me.

I attempted to do Belly Blasting Walk for 2 miles but only did 1 mile then I switched over to Walk Off 10 Pounds and did the 2nd mile on it. It's so good I have the Purple App and Roku and can switch around like that. I think she was going to kill me with Belly Blasting! LOL. Anyway it was 2 miles 30 minutes 200 calories!
