I did my day 4 workout on the 30 day walk fit and I barely got through it! Yesterday evening, I noticed how sore I was all of a sudden. Not in a bad way, but in that way that you realize you haven't been doing enough or anything for a long time!
This morning was a 3 mile walk and I did it, but did have to resort to just walking towards the end. I love it!

I love my Leslie Sansone DVDs. I do one every single day. I have 5 different ones and pick one of them! I feel energized every time I do one! Some days i do only one mile, some days I do three or however many the whole DVD has... Life is good! :D

And do it now because you don't know how long you have. I just l learned one of my fellow money counters went to the hospital this morning and was diagnosed with brain lesions and cancer.

I'm up ! I woke up early and started with my phone messages then my stepmother came down to let me know she was going to play some golf this morning so I rushed brushing my teeth and getting dressed so I'm upstairs with dad. I really hope that taking him off some prescriptions will help him recover a bit more of his memory.

I have a question. Is it okay to walk with Leslie every day (WATP 3 mile Advanced Walk) or should I do it every other day? I woke up with a sore shoulder blade this morning and wonder if I am overdoing it.

Val, I can't believe I haven't checked In to check out your pics. They are great.

Dusty, I would go Mexican but I do agree it has a lot of sodium and some are high in fat. Some have a little less fat-you can tell when they don't drip grease all over. My issue with some is the chips and quest.I could eat that all day and is why I try to stay away from those restaurants. Some of them even have some healthier choices. Applebee does have healthier options but we don't go there often mostly because it's at the interstate exit.

dh wants to go out for lunch tomorrow. he loves a particular Mexican restaurant but I happen to know that their delicious food is loaded with sodium and calories. I think Applebee's has a healthy menu so I'm going to suggest going there instead.

It's super humid and hot today. We're supposed to get some rains from the recent tropical storm, but the temp is nearly 90 at about 12 Noon. I'll be doing LS Walking and toning today. Need to get my NSVs completed...crunches with a twist, modified pushups and modified jumping jacks. I'm stoked... Let the games begin! :D
