I have a lot of videos my problem is impatience I wish I would see or feel change but if I don't I stop not smart I know I'm going to try to keep at it even if I don't see change for a while ugh

Are you looking for Leslie workouts using weights (not the walking with weights kind)?

Walk Away the Pounds 7 Day Calorie Blast - has 5 walking workouts and 2 (20 minute) strength workouts....upper and lower body. The strength workouts are called "Short Cuts"...they may be on line somewhere.

Just Walk: Walk it Off in 30 Days - has 2 routines. One is a half hour walk, and the other is a half hour strength workout. The new studio is pretty. If this is chaptered, you can skip to mile 2 (after your warm up)...making this a 20 minute walk. I can test this out tonight.

If you've got a stretchie band from a Leslie DVD, you could try the Spark video. I like test driving stuff for free to see if I like it.

I would try the Nicole Dvd using resistance bands. They are an awesome way to get in the strength training exercises. They are inexpensive at places like walmart and they are much better than lifting weights at a gym. Just take the baby steps and try to make good habits and get rid of the old habits. emoticon emoticon :D

weight a bit high Well highest it's been trying to go back to basics counting ww points and warp .starting with a mile a day adding weights a few days any suggestions?
