I agree with Jazzy. I think it depends on what you are working out and what the warmup and cooldowns do.

I would do the warm-up on all three if they are using different muscle groups. For the cooldown, you will probably want to do something extra to ensure you are stretching all of the muscles used in the three workouts.

that sounds reasonable, you should have to warm up and cool down only one time per session

when i do more than one dvd in a row, i do the 1st warmup and the last dvds cooldown....occasionally ill let the other warmups/cooldowns play while i use the time for a water break, stretching or to just jog in place

If I want to complete three different workout DVDs, do I need to do the warmup and cool down on all of the DVDs?
