If you fell off track with your diet, maybe you needed the break as long as it wasn't for too long and you didn't gain back much weight. Then just get back on track, and you're already back on track if you're reading this right now. Getting on your own case for falling off track can cause even worse problems and obsessions about losing weight, so remember to cut yourself some slack every once in awhile.

Start now. something. anything. even if you cant do much now, just start. There may never be "a perfect time". even if you challenge yourself for 5 minutes, over time you can do more and do it longer

Try changing up the reason you want change. If you are a Christian, perhaps your motivation needs to be honoring the Lord with your body rather than losing weight to feel better about yourself. Do the first, and the second just happens!
