Down 2 lbs this week! I am so excited...

I am cooking dinner every night and using the Diabietic Living cookbook for my evening meals. It really helped making a two week menu and followng it!

I spent about 2 months being off track while I took care of my husband. Now he is back to normal and so am I :) Feeling fabulous and motivated!

well after some time home and a little set back (6 lbs.) I am back on track and have already lost those 6 lbs. in the last 5 days

Suppose to strength train the legs today. Not going to happen. If I stay off my foot it doesn't hurt. Much better than yesterday. Going to the chiropractor later. Dd gave me her appt. and she is taking mine next week.

Resistance band never used them...gonna try that out..Hope your alright from falling..Yeah spokane sucks when it comes to snow tried to walk down the raod yesterday couldnt cause the sidewalk was coverd with 2 feet of snow. Hope you feel better soon...

I use resistance bands at home. I think it was from the six week body makeover and I have stuck with it as it is something I can do at home and works for me.

Fell in the snow today. At least I was able to get up and not have to call 911. Will see the chiropractor tomorrow. There is about 15 inches of snow and my foot shifted wrong.

Yes I do the biggest loser workouts as well as walk twice a day at the mall..What kind of strength training are you doing...I need to start that as well.

AMCDUGGER you walk the mall twice a day!! Good for you.

I am working on making sure I do strength training and the bike or something else at least ten minutes a day.

Been doing good on my walks even though its cold outside. Been walking the valley mall. If anyone wants to join me I go to the valley mall in the mornings between 830-9 and in the evening between 4-5pm...

Good Morning Spokane Sparks. After battling that viral cold over the hols and enjoying the bronchitis that followed it, I'm feeling better and living healthy. I hope that the antibiotics kick in for the bronchitis and I continue to eat well. I do feel better for eating better. Once I can breathe it's off to the gym for me. I want more exercise than shovelling the snow off my walks.

Family is finally gone so I can focus on me. I did get one strength training in and on Leslie Sansone video. Yesterday we worked in the garage and I got me 10000 steps in, in fact did it two days in a row!

I am on track with exercising everyday this week, but minor setbacks when it came to chocolate cravings. I am back on track today though and I plan on going on an extra long walk tomorrow.

Yesterday was 4 year old's birthday party and I got off track, but only a tiny bit. And I am frustrated because I feel derailed.
I have been doing great until Friday and my autism event. But even then I exercised and was moderate in my indulgence. A single glass of wine and some good cheese.

But monday weigh in +3 lbs.
grrrrr

working on my emoticon eating was never a fan of them know they are good for you
find my self just eating the same ones and not going good at those many days
the emoticon is getting easier and i find my self looking forward to going to the gym. my knee is starting to feel better now from where i fell when we had snow and ice in Dec.
100 day challenge is going so so able to do 3 of the 4 most days. so here is to a good report at the end of week 4 my how time flies emoticon
