If you went the other direction from Mirabeau there is a bathroom over the bridge by upriver and there is another one on marango rd . Also after Krispy Cremes there is a bathroom at barker rd and another at liberty lake. Good luck. Centennial trial is great!

Not too hilly with accessible bathrooms hmmmmm.....the only place I can think of is to maybe start at mirabeau park and take the centennial trail east. It's really pretty there along the river and if you need to you can zip up to the krispy kreme to use the restroom. It's right up the stairs by the sullivan bridge. It would have to be an out/back course unless you could navigate a loop off the trail, but it's very traffic dense around there so I don't know about you but I would rather out/back than loop through traffic.

Sometimes I wonder..."Why is that frisbee getting bigger?"...and then it hits me....

Hey Team,

I have a virtual HM on 1/15/2012 and would like to do it outside weather permitting....and I need your suggestions as where to do it in the Spokane area (within 1 hour drive). I usually do my walks on my treadmill or on my private road but would like some new scenery. I would prefer a reasonably flat area though my own private road is not flat so not a deal breaker. The trail itself does not have to be 13.1 miles as I can do it over and over again until I reach 13.1 miles and I have a Garmin Forerunner to track the mileage for me. I would also prefer a bathroom somewhere along the trail as water in has to go somewhere besides sweat. Dan and perhaps the kids will be at my finish line and if it is a situation where I have to make loops he will be at my loop checkpoint thru the entire thing. With that said - I am WIDE open to suggestions!

Thanks!
