I am definitely hoping the 3lbs I gained overnight is water weight. That's the only explanation I can come up with.

Today I AM:

1) Proud to say I finished week 5 of the Couch to 5K! I'm not going to say that 20 minute run was EASY, but I DID it!

2) looking forward to Zumba toning tonight! The instructor misplaced her CD for last week, so we had to improvise, and I am itching for the regular (more intense) routine!

3) Also looking forward to my day OFF from exercise on Thursday! Coincidentally, I am using a spa gift certificate that same day....hour long massage, hour long facial and a mani/pedi! Woo hoooooooooo!
