This is more true in my mind now than ever before. I'm not only accomplishing weightloss, but I am meeting my actual fitness goals that I never thought I'd be able to do. I don't let the number on the scale control me, & I don't check EVERYday anymore. : )

I try to remember that everyday! I encourage people to do the measuring along with the scale because though you may hit a plateau you still may be shedding inches!

This is true but it's so hard to remember when you feel like you've given 110% and then you look at the scale and you're up. But I'm going to try to remember to use other measurements as well.
