Thanks for the feedback so far. I haven't had any of the gross side effects with it while I've been using it in conjunction with low-fat, low-carb diet that falls between 1200-1500 calories. I'm just wondering if it is helping that much. I think I'll stick with it for now, but if I get side effects I'll pull back or stop.
