I have a treadmill, weight machine,resistance bands, dumbells,and kettlebell. I have Barry's Bootcamp dvds and some other vhs that I can't remember the names of.

I currently have 8 Prevention Magazine workout DVDs, one Biggest Loser DvD workout (can't remember which one) a couple of various "no name" fitness dvds, my Wii fit, AE active, Gold's Gym Cardio Workout game and I use exercisetv.tv when I want to try something new. I tend to get bored always doing the same workouts so I like to switch it around. Last winter was hard but now I have my treadmill working (it crapped out on me last winter a week after I bought it and took 8 weeks to fix!!), I have Zumba and I have the Done Girls! I'm all ready for Winter 2010/2011! Bring it on!!

I 2nd the walking dvd.

I also have the BL cardio max, BL ST, Insanity, 10 min trainer, the treadmill, and DH bought the Total Gym today for 10 bucks! :)

Also this website shows off a few moves, each video is about 1-2 min long but WOW, it really makes you sweat!

I love to walk OUTSIDE too! We did a Zumba DVD last night, my mom just order. That was FUN! I love Leslie Sansone Walk tapes. I also use my emoticon LOVE IT!! I have a pair of 3 pound hand weights that I use when watching Tv, unless I'm on Sp. emoticon Be creative, I'm sure you will think of plenty of stuff. emoticon

I usually go to the gym and use the elliptical machine, spin bikes, and weight machines. There's also an indoor pool, and I looovvveeee swimming. But if you want to work out at home, you can try out all sorts of fitness DVDs on Netflix- you can either have the DVD mailed to you or you can choose some from the instant view section, though there isn't as much variety as in the mailed DVD section.

I use Leslie Sansone's walking videos, Jillian Michaels & Bob Harper-Biggest loser videos. Billy Blanks Taebo and Cathe Friedrick. I am also a new convert to the Beach Body workouts...P90X and Insanity.

I do Wii fit games. Usually Jillian Micheals 2010 game. I also have a treadmill. I walk with Leslie Sansone. I also have ondemand with comcast that has exercise tv on it and it has a lot of exercise programs on it.

You have a good variety of equipment. Be creative and make your own circuit training routine.

Probably about a yr ago when I started my weight loss journed, I lost 60 pds. And I did tht by using Leslie Sansone. I love her. I just bought her walking bootcamp last night! I used it when I got home and I didn't realize how much I missed her videos!

I use Leslie Sansone's walking videos as well as Jillian Michaels. Plus, every now and then I see what videos the library has and I check a few out to give them a try.

I love ellipticals at the gym and now their free fitness classes.

As for work out dvds:
Biggest Loser (BL) Power Sclupt
BL cardio max
Jillian Michaels (JM) NO MORE TROUBLE ZONES (best ST work out!)
JM 30 Day Shred

Just mix it up so you don't get bored and don't cause muscle memory.

I have a treadmill, and just started the Couch to 5K program.

I also have a channel with DirectTv called FitTv, I record different shows off of that to do daily. Always a new workout, gotta love the variety!

I like the gym. I like the Elliptical, the Precor-i, but I also like to talk walks outdoors with my dogs and I love swimming! When the weather gets colder, I think I'm going to give jogging a try to kick start my mornings! emoticon

Well ladies if you've noticed the weather is a changin' and soon it'll be down right COLD emoticon outside. Most of my workouts include walking outdoors or some sort of outdoor activity. Pretty soon I'll have to move those workouts indoors. I have a treadmill, a 5 pound kettlebell, a huge balance ball, a 5 pound medicine ball, resistance bands, and The Biggest Loser Last Chance Workout DVD.

What fitness DVD's do you girlies use or what indoor workouts do you do?
