I love her workouts. They are so quick that you don't even realize how much you've done until you are done. It's amazing how even doing a 15 min mile 3x a week makes such a difference.

I've seen her stuff on the Excercise On Demand channel on Timewarner Cable.

Now that I'm seeing my chiropractor again I'm hoping I'll be able to start doing these again to work my way into exercising. I'm just waiting for the okay from my Orthopedic Surgeon first.

I love Leslie too. I have 4 of her workout DVDs and I use them as the basis of my workouts. I alternate other fitness activities in for a few days a week, but mostly I do the 4-mile walks.

One thing I like about her workouts is that she doesn't make you do the same movement for such a long time that you feel like you're going to die before it's over. You know, like if you're doing side-steps, it's only for about 8x in a row and then she's switching to something else. It's motivating to me when I can keep up with the group on the DVD. Some programs make you do so many reps in a row that it's just exhausting. I also like how encouraging she is throughout the workouts.

I've been bring the WATP DVDs here to work. A group of us are doing it in the afternoon. It flies by!

I LOVE it! It's easy, she's so encouraging, and it built up my fitness incredibly.
