the Cardio Blast dvd from spark people has a great indoor walking workout, it's 10 minutes long with a warm up and cool down making it around 15 minutes total for that part. Its easy enough to do multiple times but challenging enough to get your heart rate and a good sweat going!

I haven't yet tried the other 6 workouts on the dvd, kinda working my way up the chain so to speak!

I second Leslie Sansone's Walk Away the Pounds. I LOVE this workout for days that I still want to get in a cardio workout without such a high intensity (Like Zumba or Jazzercise). I get my heart rate up and I even sweat and the moves are very easy so anyone can do them.

If you have cable with On Demand Exercise TV, they usually have a couple of her workouts on there. If not, I would check with your local library to see if they have any workout DVDs that you could try before you buy. Walk Away the Pounds is a pretty popular workout, so I bet they have it available at Walmart or Target.

Leslie Sansone has a lot of walking-based dvds, like Walk Away the Pounds. I haven't tried any of them, but I know a lot of Sparkers swear by her. http://www.lesliesansonevideos.com/

For low cardio you could try wii's Just dance. It will get you moving, shaking and having fun all at the same time.

I'm going to Curves for the majority of my exercise and try to get on the treadmill on my days off. emoticon

I also purchased some stretching equipment (found it on clearance at Walmart) to use on my really tired days. emoticon

Does anyone have any other ideas for low cardio exercising that isn't time consuming (1/2 hour or so)?

I would like to walk, but right now it's way tooooo hot out! blaaach
