It all depend on the veggie. I always use a no calorie light canola spray and then it's free play from there. My staples are onion powder, chili powder, garlic powder and crushed red pepper ( I like some kick). I have also used a tablespoon of light italian and balsamic salad dressing at times( it depends on my mood really) i like to be creative with food emoticon

I love adding a little bit of honey when I'm craving something a little more on my veges. Makes them so sweet and delicious :D

mrs. dash seasonings don't have salt in them so those might be a good option to check out. i'm a big fan of fresh black pepper on lots of things so i tend to toss some on there. garlic is good with things like green beans and kale to help give them a different flavor. i don't use butter or sauces in most of my cooking, so i mainly rely on seasonings (:

i also LOVE roasted veggies. you can look online for a recipe, but they vary which i think is a plus too. basically cut up some veggies (i mainly use carrots, yams, parsnips, asparagus, garlic and roasted red pepper) and roast them in an oven with a little olive oil to coat. SUPER yummy and i aways have left overs. message me if you'd like my recipe...

I love cooking all kinds of vegies in a bit of olive oil with salt, fresh garlic, fresh ginger and onion then adding some store bought (Shan Masala) Yummy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i use butter flavored sprinkles or a few sprays of "i can't believe it's not butter" ..i like to add lemon or lime juice, especially on broccoli..a little freshly ground pepper & i'm a happy camper..a wedge or 2 of lite "laughing cow" melts and tastes like a cream sauce for very little fat & calories..good on ANY veggie (or potato, even pasta).

I love love loooooovvvveeee putting lemon pepper on my veggies, I don't know about the sodium, I would assume it's not bad. I also like using free italian dressing. I'm sure theres other ways I doctor mine up, but thats all I can think of for now, hope this helps!

So today I cooked up some veggie, and I wanted to put something on them to give it more favor so I would joy eating them a little more. I had no clue what to put on them. I cant have a lot of sodium in my diet seen I have high blood pressure and Cholesterol. Any clues on what to put on my veggie next time.
