I have done everything that I have pledged to do so far.

April - 35yr 5'10" mom of two teen boys :)

331.2 lbs 02.21.11 (start) size 28W-30W jeans
230.0 lbs 07.30.12 (current) size 16W

Progress 101.2 lbs - 30.6% of my original weight ;)
Starting BMI 47.52 extreme obesity .... Current BMI 33.1 "simply" obese - much closer to overweight than extreme obese now!!

How are we all doing with these pledges? I have hit all of mine except sleep. Am going to bed now half an hour earlier than I have been.

Today's pledge... Not going over my calories or fat while eating tacos at work tonight. I have greek yogurt to use instead of sour cream.

not go over my calories despite the chocolate cake w/PB icing that I will be having this afternoon for my birthday at work. (Bday's tomorrow but there are 3 of us this week!)

Not get discouraged by the couple days of bad eating I did this weekend. People are starting to notice the weight I am loosing and I want to keep that feeling. Not get knocked off track by the taco bar and wings night the boys are planning for work (the wing place has an excellent chicken gyro).

Cook dinner instead of ordering take out.

Friday nights we typically order in but I know that no one will want to cook on Saturday as we have plans to re-build the deck all-day. I choose to make a healthy choice and switch up the routine.
