triscuits and some nice cheese. a single ounce of real cheese is awesome sometimes. If I am very low fat eating I will beef up with a little cheese and low sodium triscuits.

Nuts-- HIGH in protein-- Dr OZ says have a shot glass of Pine nuts each morning (pignolia nuts) Guacamole is high but avocado is a GOOD fat! If you eat oatmeal or cream of wheat add some peanut butter-- or put peanut butter on a banana.. YUMM

One bite, one day, one pound at a time. Remember you are worth the effort!

I love graham crackers with peanut butter, or a glass of chocolate milk as someone else suggested. Also a glass of orange juice or other fruit juice since i dont usually like to drink my calories, but if you have them left its a nice treat.

I usually treat myself with something with cheese in it since it's usually too many calories to have on a normal day.

LOVE Skinny Cow! I've been going for 100 calorie bags of Orville Redenbacher's kettle corn. Yum.

Triscuit makes some wonderful new flavors like fire-roasted tomato.
One serving is 6 crackers (120 cal) and has whole grains and fiber. Yum.

Some pistachios or other nuts, string cheese, bagel thin with cream cheese or laughing cow cheese, ummmm usually at night I want crackers or something like that. What about popcorn? Hmmm... I dont usually have this problem, so it's hard to help, but I hope that did at least help a lil bit lol :)

A glass of chocolate milk or even regular milk would be a good snack.

Happy Sunday ladies! I have a question... a few days a week I have about 8 weight watchers points left that I need to eat to reach my goal (I'd say in calorie form this would be about 500 calories). What do you eat? I already have a skinny cow ice cream sandwich daily (to stop me from binging), and I know I could eat two, but I don't want to! Fruit/Veggies typically don't have any "points" so I can't use those either. What are some of your medium calorie go to night time snacks?
