For more aerobic based videos there is also and aerobics option that includes most basic workout videos.

For 30 Day Shred I put it in as circuit training. I usually put the time as 20 minutes.

hey ladies - i'm back for the millionth time :\ i did the 30 day shred dvd today for the first time (oh. my. goodness) and i'm confused as to how i should track it. i've never used dvds before so i've never run into this problem. what do you guys do?
